  • Yes. While it’s attached to the farmhouse garage, the space is completely private. Your hosts live in the farmhouse but value your privacy.

  • Ideal for 2 guests — with 1 bedroom (queen bed) and 1 full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

  • We use an easy, hotel-style system called Happy Guest. You’ll complete a rental agreement, quick ID verification, and a simple security hold online (not a deposit). Once done, your arrival instructions will be sent right to your phone, along with a digital guidebook full of local tips.
